The hotel is located in the center of Seoul, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. It is situated at the big avenue in the historic centre of the city, offering beautiful views and easy access to attractions. The rooms are well-appointed with two big windows, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. Additionally, the hotel provides free WIFI and a bathtub, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Only one aspect that could be improved: the breakfast could be provided with more options.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was delicious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was well cleaned and bright. I loved that it was right next to Seoul Sinmunsa bus station. Late check-out was useful

The venue is fairly clean, with perfect location right by the HOHO buses, galleries. People working there are brilliantly helpful!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with most of the attractions within walking distance. It's only a 15-minute walk to the main palace, and there's a subway station nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you may need for a longer stay. The staff is amazing, always polite and friendly, and they speak English. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped, with a shower and a bath, and the view from the room is stunning.
The lighting at the mirrors, apart from the bathroom, could be improved.

The hotel hadsuper clean and cozy rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, with easy access to tourist spots and close to the city hall station, making it easy to reach any place in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. The bus stop was just a few steps away, and the subway station was easily accessible in a few minutes' walk. The hotel was also within walking distance of several interesting historical sites, including Geongbokgung Palace and Deoksugung Palace. The view from the 12th floor view deck was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient, and the housekeeping team ensured our rooms were always clean. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I'm in town. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.

Great staff, spacious rooms with amazing views of palaces and mountains. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot or by subway. Good breakfast with standard options. Convenient airport transportation available right in front of the building. Highly recommended for families and longer stays.
